ALICIA CHERISE

Alicia is a retired military officer with 23 years of experience in the field. She is a Personal Trainer and Health Coach passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Alicia learned to be a leader, manager, educator, and innovator throughout her military career. Her extensive knowledge and experience in these areas have allowed her to develop the skills necessary to be an effective Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

 

Alicia's primary goal is encouraging people who cannot promote themselves to stay healthy and fit. She believes being healthy and fit is essential for a long and healthy life. To achieve this goal, Alicia offers a range of fitness and nutrition services tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

 

Alicia developed an interest in fitness ten years into her military career when she applied for an officer position and had to pass a physical examination. Despite receiving unfavorable results, she proved that the results would help her ability to perform her duties. This experience made her more interested in fitness and nutrition, and she decided to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

 

Alicia's medical diagnosis fueled her passion to become a personal trainer and business owner. She believes that being active and eating healthy can lead to a longer lifespan and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and hypertension. Alicia recognizes that everyone is unique and has different needs, so she works closely with her clients to develop a personalized fitness and nutrition plan tailored to their specific needs.

 

Alicia is committed to teaching people how essential it is to help people understand the benefits of fitness and nutrition. Alicia is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and nutrition goals, and she is committed to providing her clients with the knowledge and support they need to achieve their goals and lead healthy and active lifestyles.
