After her military career, she became a personal trainer and health coach, dedicating herself to helping others achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives.
Her interest in fitness began during her time in the military when she had to overcome challenges to meet rigorous physical standards. This journey, along with her own medical experiences, inspired her to turn a personal passion into a professional calling. She quickly recognized that fitness and nutrition are powerful tools—not only for strength and performance but also for living a longer, healthier life.
Now, as a registered dietitian, Alicia has taken her mission to the next level.
